Scope

forge-ads is an internal tool operated by Works by Shreyas. It is used solely by us to manage advertising and business assets belonging to our clients. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and confers no licence to any third party.

Authorised use

forge-ads may only be used by Works by Shreyas, on assets whose owner has granted access, and only for work agreed with that owner. Access is granted and revoked by the owner through Meta Business settings.

Client responsibilities

Clients remain the owner and the advertiser of record for their accounts. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of claims in their advertising, for any consents required for the imagery and content they supply, and for compliance with Meta's Advertising Standards and with applicable law.

Platform rules

Our use of Meta's APIs is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Where those conflict with anything here, Meta's terms apply.

No warranty

Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including Meta's auction and review systems. No specific result is promised. The tool is provided as-is for our own operational use.
